HAIR POLICY - Hair must be neck length or shoulder length to get serviced. (After booking please send a picture of your natural hair via text to: (404-566-1548) - Hair must be washed, conditioned, and fully blow-dryed straight to where I can run my fingers through it freely. - Hair must be free of any grease or oils - ABSOLUTELY NO BLUNT CUT ENDS IF YOU'RE REQUESTING KNOTLESS BRAIDS!! -No Extra Guest Allowed!! - If any of these requirements are not met, then the appointment will be canceled, deposit forfeited, you will have to request a new booking+ deposit. LATE POLICY - There's a 15 min fgrace period if you are running late YOU MUST call or text. - Anything between 16-20 minutes late with a call or text will be an additional charge of $25 - At 21 minutes your appointment is CANCELED, deposit is forfeited, you would have to reschedule. New booking + New deposit - NO CALL NO SHOW - NO SERVICES/ Deposit will be forfeited- NO EXCEPTIONS -CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE within 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT- NO EXCEPTIONS - If you cancel/reschedule within the 24 hrs REQUIRED, your deposit will be transfered to a new date. DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS - A Non- refundable deposit of $26 ($1 service fee) is REQUIRED after booking your appointment - MUST SEND 30 MINUTES AFTER BOOKING OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED - NO DEPOSIT THEN NO APPOINTMENT NO EXCEPTIONS -Deposits are applied towards the total cost of your service requested - ALL deposits must be sent via cashapp: $kiingstylez or via apple pay: 404-566-1548 ONLY - The balance of your services must be paid in CASH or Zelle ONLY ALL hair is provided for Braiding and Faux Locs services- I only provide natural hair colors for example: #1, #1B, #2, or #4 ONLY - IF another color is requested you must bring it yourself .
